Wine glass and wine bottle


To make the wine glass i changed the camera to side view and used the Bezier spline tool to draw half of the glass.  Then i added a Lathe Nurb the outline of the glass to make the shape. Next i needed to change the colour and make it look more like a glass so i created a new material. Then i change the colour to blue, added reflection and transparency and tweaked the specular. 

to make the wine glass i done the same as what i did with the wineglass but changed the colour and add a picture for the label.





Space ship



when making this space ship i started by creating a cube and then using the inner extrude and extrude to make the sides and front come out. next i used the knife tool to cut both sides in half so i could split them to make the wings. to make the window i  created a new polygon and and applied a shader called Banji to it so it will look like a window.




Straw Hat


to make this hat i got a sphere and increased the number of segments and then made it editable. then i used the rectangle selector tool  to select and delete half of the sphere. i then used extrude on the bottom row of the sphere to make the bottom of the hat. to add the red bit i got another sphere and deleted it all except the middle row and align it in the correct place and changed the colour to ren using a material.
the last thing i did was create a new material and add a straw texture and change the projection to frontal.



head phones




to create these headphones i got a circle then duplicated it and move it to the right and made it smaller and i repeated this to get the basic shape of a head phone. then i added the circles to a loft nurb to get the full shape of a head phone. next i got a cylinder and resized it and put a metal wire texture on it with a material. i then put the cylinder at the front of the head phone. next to get the wire i used the freehand tool to draw the wire length and then i added a circle for the wire width. next i added thee spline and circle to a sweep nurb to give the wire its shape. then i duplicated the head phone and created a new wire and put them in the correct position.

Polygon & point modelling loft nurb

to made this model i had a background sketch of the character. first i got a cube and put the points in line with the sketch and then used the knife tool in loop mode to add a few subdivisions.  next i went on to side view and selected the top to polygons and used extrude inner for the first stage of the arm next i created a 6 sided shape to put where the arm will start. next i used 2.5D snapping to put the points in the correct place and then i used the extrude tool to create the arm.  then i used the knife tool to cut the cube in half and deleted the left side without the arm. next i deleted the mesh on the side of the top so i could use the mirror tool to copy the other half of the body with the arm so it was the same.



katana

to make this katana i got the shape 4-side and duplicated it and moved it to the right and made it smaller. the i duplicated it again and moved it the right and made it small for the point then add the 3 shapes to a loft nurb. next i added 2 4-sided shapes to a loft nurb to get the gold part at the hilt of the sword. to get the hilt and the handle i added to rectangles to a loft nurb and make them rounded and resized them. to get the pattern on the handle i put a helix on it then added a circle for the width and added them both to a sweep nurb. next i add the colours to each part and the shine to the blade.  to finish i group all the objects then added bend to the sword.
